Nurture & Flow
You don’t need another generic birth class—or more vague advice from social media that leaves you with more questions than answers.
You need expert doula support that prepares you for labor, guides you through recovery, and fully supports you—so you can be present, enjoy the little moments, and focus on what truly matters.
Feel Fully Prepared, Informed, and Confident from Birth to Recovery.
Most parents don’t realize how much preparation birth and postpartum truly require—until they’re in it. Hospital classes barely scratch the surface, and Google isn’t much help when you’re sleep-deprived at 2 AM, searching for answers you wish you had before.
You’ve planned for big moments before, and you’re not the type to just wing something this important. But even the strongest, most capable parents deserve care, not just responsibility. You hold so much for everyone else—this is your reminder that you deserve to be held, too.
Because the truth is, birth is just one day. How you prepare, recover, and adjust afterward matters just as much. Having the right support isn’t about luxury—it’s about making sure you have someone looking out for you, guiding you, and reminding you that you don’t have to do this alone.
You are worthy of a birth and postpartum experience that feels supported, grounded, and cared for. Let’s make sure you have what you need.
This Is For You If:
✔ You want a clear, structured plan for birth and postpartum—one that actually works for your life.
✔ You don’t have time for endless research and vague advice—you need practical, evidenced-based, holistic guidance that’s simple, actionable, and rooted in real care.
✔ You want your partner to feel equipped and involved, not sitting there unsure of how to support you when it matters most.
✔ You believe postpartum recovery is just as important as birth preparation—because healing, rest, and care shouldn’t be an afterthought.
✔ You want support that feels inclusive, affirming, and built around real experience, keeping you in touch with your body and deeply connected to this transition.
Why Choose Doula Support? Your Birth Experience Matters.
The reality is that how you’re supported during birth and postpartum directly impacts your health, recovery, and long-term well-being.
One in three births ends in a C-section in the U.S. —many of which could be prevented with informed advocacy and continuous labor support.
Black parents are three to four times more likely to die from pregnancy-related causes than white parents, due to systemic disparities in care.
People with doulas are 39 percent less likely to have an unplanned C-section and 15 percent more likely to have a spontaneous vaginal birth.
Doula-supported parents report less pain, fewer interventions, and better birth outcomes.
Despite these facts, most parents are left to navigate birth and postpartum alone—often without the full picture of their options, risks, and rights.
That’s where 8 years of expert doula support changes everything.
We bridge the gap between medical care and real-life readiness and care—so you understand what’s happening at every stage.
We help reduce unnecessary interventions by ensuring you have the information and advocacy to make decisions that align with your birth plan.
We prepare you for postpartum recovery, so healing isn’t an afterthought but a priority.
This isn’t just about having a better birth—it’s about protecting your health, advocating for your care, and ensuring you feel supported in every way that matters.
Meet the Doula
Behind
Nurture & Flow
👋 Hi, I’m Andrea.
Birth and postpartum aren’t just life-changing—they shape how you step into this next chapter. But too often, parents are left to figure it out alone, without the right support to feel truly confident and prepared.
As a Full Spectrum Doula with eight years of experience—and a second-generation birthworker—birthwork has always been a part of my life. I’ve seen how the right guidance, real preparation, and continuous support can transform birth and recovery. I don’t offer vague advice or one-size-fits-all plans—I provide real strategies, individualized support, and a foundation that actually works for your life.
Through prenatal yoga, childbirth education, and lactation support, I help parents build practical skills for labor, birth, and recovery. But my work goes beyond education—I center trauma-informed care and cultural competency to ensure every parent, no matter their background or experience, feels seen, supported, and fully equipped for this transition. My approach is holistic, grounded, and designed to make birth and postpartum feel manageable—not overwhelming.
Originally from Oakland, CA, now practicing in Los Angeles, I believe birthwork thrives in community, not isolation. Whether you're preparing for your first baby or navigating postpartum recovery, my role is to ensure you feel supported, informed, and ready—every step of the way.
