Meet Andrea
Nurture and Flow is led by Andrea Weaver — a Full Spectrum Doula, Lactation Educator, and third-generation birth worker with over eight years of experience supporting families across Los Angeles.
As a Black doula grounded in trauma-informed practice and cultural wisdom, Andrea partners with thoughtful, discerning parents to create steady, empowered birth and postpartum experiences rooted in care, clarity, and connection.

Accessible, Flexible Support
We offer in-person and virtual doula care with flexible payment options — including Carrot, Stork Club, Medi-Cal, and private pay.
Our sliding scale model is based on trust: you choose the rate that best reflects your current access to resources. Inspired by The Green Bottle framework, we recognize that not all families start from the same place — and every client receives the same high-quality care.

Through our Flowborn model, every full-fee birth package helps fund doula support for families impacted by systemic barriers.
