Led by Andrea Weaver — a third-generation birth worker, Full Spectrum Doula, and Lactation Educator with over eight years of experience — Nurture and Flow provides steady, culturally responsive support for families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenting.
As a Black doula rooted in trauma-informed, community-centered care, Andrea offers personalized support that blends clinical expertise with generational wisdom, honoring every family's unique story.

In-person labor support with a built-in backup doula you’ll meet ahead of time
Support for all types of birth—including cesarean births, planned or unexpected

Lactation guidance, newborn care support, and more
We also accept HSA/FSA payments, and are proud providers with Carrot Fertility, Stork Club, and Medi-Cal doula support is available for eligible families.
